Deposit Policy

$250.00 per week or 50% of weekend booking

All deposits are required when making reservation

50% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days before your arrival date

NO refunds for days lost through early departure.

If cancellation is not received 30 days before your arrival, there will be NO refunds

As this is a destination resort, a cancellation usually means a vacancy for us, so this policy is firm

All cabins are Light House Keeping, and include A/C, BBQ, and Open Decks

Firewood is available for Purchase

A new pet fee is being implemented and is on a per stay basis only
